These terms apply when you use the LocalVouch website. LocalVouch is run by DIDOV LIMITED (company number 16474852), registered office Buttercup Cottage, Morgans Vale Road, Redlynch, Salisbury, England, SP5 2HY. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Listings

• We check every listing before we publish it (see what “vouched” means). Details can change after we've checked them, so please confirm times, prices and availability with the business or organiser before you set off.
• Businesses, organisers and groups are responsible for what they offer. Any booking or purchase you make is between you and them, not LocalVouch.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.
• Sponsored listings and adverts, if we show any, will always be clearly labelled as such.

Using the site

• Please don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, attacks, spam or attempts to get around security.
• The site's design, text and listings are ours or used with permission. You're welcome to share links to them.
• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
